1、毕业设计（论文）I供应链环境下配送中心库存控制方法研究供应链环境下配送中心库存控制方法研究摘摘 要要现代物流业是现代经济的重要组成部分,是我国工业化进程中最为经济合理 的综合服务模式。作为现代物流系统的重要环节,配送中心受到广泛关注。配送 中心连接着供货点和需求点,是两者之间的桥梁,优化配送中心设备配置,控制库 存费用,降低运营成本,提高服务水平,对于整个物流系统都具有重要的作用。 本文以对配送中心日常作业流程的细致分析为基础,以有效配置配送中心基 本作业设备、提高作业效率和降低营运成本为目标。首先对库存和配送中心相 关内容进行了介绍，比较分析了企业库存和配送中心库存之间区别，为下面更 好的介
2、绍配送中心库存控制作铺垫。然后通过库存模型对传统配送中心库存控 制方法和现代配送中心库存控制方法进行介绍，并分析了其局限性。最后对库 存控制模型进行了优化分析。文章主要内容如下： 第 1 章主要介绍了本文的研究背景与意义。 第 2 章主要阐述了库存控制相关概念,并对配送中心的库存控制相关内容进 行了介绍。 第 3 章通过配送中心库存控制方法与模型的结合,对现有的配送中心库存控 制方法进行了研究,并对现有库存控制模型在配送中心的应用局限性进行了分析。第 4 章优化分析了不确定性需求条件下配送中心库存控制的优化模型。 结论与展望：主要是对全文进行了总结,并指出了本文的不足之处和需要改 进的地方,对

This article is based on detailed analysis of the daily processes of the distribution center, effective allocation and distribution center operating equipment, improve operational efficiency and red
