1、河北师范大学硕士学位论文绩效导向的学生混合学习课程设计姓名：刘亚双申请学位级别：硕士专业：教育技术学指导教师：赵冬梅20100520III摘 要 信息时代的到来对教育教学提出了新的要求，强调提高学生的信息素养，而师范生 作为将来新一代的教师，其信息素养更要达到一定标准。课堂教学是教育教学改革的重 要途径，近几年先后出台相关文件都要倡导学生的探究精神、合作精神和创新精神等。 笔者对我校调查了解，虽然学校的硬件设备都已配备，但并没有达到很高的利用效率， 怎么样有效地提高师范生各方面的能力和信息素养是高校面临的一个亟待解决的问题。 混合学习（B l e n d e d L e a r n i n g
2、 ）是一种新的教学和学习理念，专家们越来越关注这 种传统课堂和（E - L e a r n i n g ）网络学习的进行融合的形式。它弥补二者的不足并能发挥 各自优势。可以说混合学习是我们当今教育变革的一个新的有效方式。笔者在调查我校 师范生学习方式的基础上，深入阅读相关文献，根据学生的特点和知识水平进行混合学 习教学设计，并实践检验其有效性，旨在发现混合学习的教育教学方式用于高校师范生 信息素养培养的有效途径。 随着各种教学和学习方式的推进和应用，许多的教学效果的评价也应运而生，教学 评价理论越来越应用广泛。 “绩效”一词出现在美国二十世纪六七十年，到今天只有大 概四十年的发展史，是个较年轻
3、的研究学科。自此，信息技术、项目开发、认知理论、 教育改革的理论和实践等又进一步推进了绩效技术。当前的绩效技术和混合学习都是主 要应用在企业培训和开放性的教育之中，而在教学中应用的较少。 本课题主要用绩效技术分析我们当前教学方式的状态和理想的状态的差距并找出 其原因，设计干预措施以达到理想的教学和学习效果。把混合学习和绩效技术的相关概 念、方法应用于高校中的课程当中，并且在绩效的导向下进行课程设计并实践检验混合 学习在高校信息技术课程中的适用性，进一步改善课程教学效果。在学生更有效的学到 知识的同时培养他们的协作能力、思维能力、自主学习能力和创新能力等，从而更好的 适应当今信息社会的要求。 本
4、文分为五章，第一章论述了文章的选题背景、国内外研究现状、研究的目的和意 义等。第二章综述了论文的理论基础。包括混合式学习的定义和研究现状、理论基础、 绩效技术的定义和现状、绩效技术在学生混合学习中的应用现状等。为绩效技术指导下 的混合学习课程设计提供了充分得理论支撑。第三章笔者进行调查实践研究，对混合学 习进行绩效差距分析、绩效原因分析、设计混合学习课程并进行实施、并对实施效果进 行评价总结。第四章对全文做了总结和展望。 关键词：绩效技术 混合学习 课程设计 IVAbstract The advent of information age demands high of education a

7、blem the university facing. Blended Learning is a new concept of teaching and learning. Experts are increasingly concerned about the fusion of traditional classroom and e- learning. It makes up disadvantages of two ways and develops advantages. Blended Learning is a new and effective way for educati
8、onal reform. The author designed blended learning on the basis of the investigation of my school teachers、reading literature、the characteristics and levels of students . Its development history is only about four decades .So it is a re
10、latively young discipline. Since then, Information technology, Project development, Cognitive theory, theory and practice of education reform propel performance technology. In the current, Performance technology and Blended learning are the main applications in corporate training and open education,
11、 while in the application of teaching less. Our research subject mainly used performance to analysis the gap between our current teaching methods and ideals to find its causes. And then we design interventions to achieve the ideal of teaching and learning. We use Performance technology and Blended L
12、earning concepts and methods in the curriculum of colleges and universities. Inorder to improve teaching effectiveness,we design and practice Blended learning in colleges courses with performance- oriented. The students learn more effectively, while developing their knowledge and collaboration capab
13、ilities, thinking ability, self- learning ability and innovative ability, etc.So they can adapt to todays information society better. This paper is divided into five chapters, the first chapter discusses the background、the research status of domestic and foreign、the study purpose and significance。Ch
14、apter II reviews the theoretical basis of papers which providing a full theoretical support for performance- oriented Blended learning design. Chapter III the author investigates 、practices and research.And then analysis the gap、find the reason、design Blended learning courses and implement and evalu
