3、 Application and Scope of ApplicationQD型电动双梁桥式起重机是根据中华人民共和国GB/T14405-93通用桥式起重机及 GB3811-83起重机设计规范设计制造，采用了新标准、新技术，该产品与双梁小车配套使用，是一种有轨运行的系列化起重机械，具有许多优点，如结构紧凑、起重能力大等，是改善劳动条件、提高劳动生产率的有力工具。因此，在工厂、矿山、码头、仓库、货场等许多部门有着广泛的用途。QD type electric double-beam bridge crane is designed and manufactured with the new sta
4、ndard and technology in accordance with the national standards of GB/T14405-93 “General-purpose Overhead Crane” and GB3811-83 “Design Rules for Cranes”. This product is used together with the double-beam trolley and is a series lifting machinery which travels on the rail. It has many features such a

10、ple本产品大车运行采用分别驱动形式，其中大车采用二套驱动装置、八轮结构；小车运行采用一套驱动装置驱动；大车和小车驱动均采用 YZD 型电机，大车传动采用 ZQA 型减速器，小车传动采用 ZSC 减速器，如随机总图所示，通电时，大车二边5行走端梁上的驱动装置带动车轮在轨道上作纵向往复运行，起落重物；小车上的驱动装置带动车轮在主梁轨道上作横向往复运行，起落重物；小车起升机构部分是由 YP2型变频调速电动机通过联轴器、补偿轴带动 ZQA 型卧式减速机的输入轴转动，经过齿轮变速，带动卷筒转动，缠绕钢丝绳，使吊钩升降，起落重物。起升机构采用变频调速，大、小车运行采用变级调速。The individua
11、l drives are adopted for the crane traveling mechanism, and the crane is equipped with two sets of the driving device and eight wheels. The traversing trolley is driven by a set of the driving device. The crane and the trolley are driven by YZD type motor and the ZQA type reducer is adopted for the
12、crane transmission, the ZSC type reducer for the trolley transmission, as shown in the general drawing. When the current is switched on, the driving devices on the end girders of the crane drive the wheels to travel longitudinally back and forth on the rail and lift the heavy loads up and down. The
13、driving device on the trolley drives the wheels to travel transversely back and forth on the rail of the main girder and lift the heavy loads up and down. The hoisting mechanism works in the way: the YP2 type motor with frequency control drives the input shaft of the ZQA type horizontal reducer thro
14、ugh the coupling and the compensating shaft to rotate; then changes the speed through the gear to drive the wire drum to wind the wire rope; so that the hook can go up and down to lift the heavy loads. The hoisting mechanism adopts the frequency control, and the traveling and the traversing adopt th

General本产品的主体部分（桥架结构部分）通过端梁上的行走车轮安置在铺设的路轨上作直线往复运行（纵向运动） 。小车在主梁上的轨道上作直线往复运动（横向运动） ，小车上的起升机构通过滑轮装置组成上下起升装置。主梁采用正轨箱形，起升采用YP2型变频调速电机，起升减速机采用 ZQA 系列产品；大车运行减速机采用 ZQA 系列产品；起升制动方面，采用 YWZ 型液压推杆制动器。缓冲器有弹簧、聚氨酯和橡胶三种，供用户选用，卷筒装置配用轴承机体有普通和带超载限制器二种，这样使整6体的性能有较大改善，主要指标达到同类产品先进水平。The body of the product (the crane bridge) is placed on the rail and travels back and forth in a straight line (longitudinal movement) through the wheels on the end girder.
