2、的功能。不过，它除了能进行数据管理之外，更提供了工作量计算、教师工作量查询等其它功能，可以说它有别于其它数据管理软件，或者说它更接近应用软件才算恰当。它就是“教师工作量管理系统”一款由人、数据库和计算机系统等组成的，能进行信息采集、传递、储存、加工、维护和使用的系统。它的使命极其简单，那就是代替过去大量、繁杂的手工操作，以解放人们的双手尤其是高校教师的双手。本文分析了目前对于教师工作量缺乏的数字资源管理系统的现状，研究了教师工作量统计所需要的功能模块，借鉴和结合了许多关于信息管理系统的图书资料，提出了一套系统的开发方案，实现了对教师工作量进行有效的统计，重点实现了对教师工作量的计算工作。本系统
