10、大写的单词和首字母未大写的句子。可以将自己关注的选项勾选， 如图2所示。说明： 重复的单词是指一个单词连续出现的情况。. 2英文排版功能介绍图2 设置检查类型3、 拼写检查将光标定位到需要检查内容的开始， 单击 “编辑” “拼写检查” ， 弹出拼写检查对话框， 如图3所示， 有查找选项， 可以选择查找的范围： 当前文件、 当前文章、 到文章末。图3 拼写检查范围单击 “查找/跳过” 按钮， 开始查找， 如图4所示， 对照选择字典中的单词， 拼写不正确的单词会出现在 “不在词典中” ， 还会列出建议修改的单词：（1） 更改： 可以在列表中选择一个单词， 单击 “更改” ， 可以将当前的单词更改；
11、 如果在文章内大量使用了这个单词， 单击 “全部更改” ， 可以将所有的错误单词改正；（2） 忽略： 如果 “不在词典中” 的单词是正确的， 选择 “全部忽略” ， 文章中使用的这个单词不变， 并且在检查时会跳过后边的这个单词；（3） 增加单词到用户词典： 如果检查到的单词属于文章中特有的单词， 可以增加到用户词典， 单击“用户词典” ， 会弹出用户词典对话框， 选择 “添加” 可以将单词添加到词典中；可以选择 “区分大小写” ， 如果弃选， 会将所有的字母按小写处理。单击 “完成” ， 完成添加。. 3方正设计排版软件说明： 词典保存在安装路径下的 “Hyphen” 文件夹下， 如果增加了一
12、些单词， 可以实现与别人的共享。图4 更改/忽略图5 增加单词到用户词典（4） 重复单词： 对于重复的单词， 也可以实现快速的查找， 如图6所示。图6 重复单词查找(5)句首/词首大写： 句首的字母、 有些专有名词的首字母在大写， 这个可以轻松搞定， 如图7所示。. 4英文排版功能介绍图7 句首/词首大写选择正确的单词， 单击 “更改” 即可替换。有了拼写检查， 对于所有的单词拼写错误以及首字母大写问题都可以快速解决了。3 优化字偶距在英文中还有一个细节问题是字偶距， 如下图所示， 在没有优化字偶距时， A与V、 L与Y、 A与Y之间的间距过大， 不符合英文排版的规范。图8 优化字偶距前在方正设计排版软件中， 对字偶距进行了优化， 优化后的效果如下图所示， 完全符合排版规范， 不用再考虑字偶距的问题， 已经默默地给您优化了。图9 优化字偶距后. 5方正设计排版软件4 弯引号单击 “工作环境设置” “偏好设置” “文本” ， 在对话框中可以勾选 “使用弯引号” 。这样在录入英文的引号时， 引号是弯的； 如是弃选此项， 在录入英文的引号时， 是直的， 如下图所示。图10 弯直引号. 6
