1、Digest Of The 2012 Olympic Games 1 2012 伦敦奥运英语大讲坛（1） 足球足球古老而又长盛不衰的游戏古老而又长盛不衰的游戏 1863 年 10 月 26 日，在伦敦成立了世界上第一个足球运动组织英格兰足球协会，并统一了规则。人们称这一天为现代足球的诞生日。这次制定的足球规则共 14 条，它是现今足球规则的基础。 从 1900 年的第 2 届奥运会开始，足球被列为奥运会正式比赛项目，但它不允许职业运动员参加。1904 年 5 月 21 日，国际足联在巴黎成立。1930 年起，每 4 年举办一次世界足球锦标赛（又称世界杯足球赛） ，比赛取消了对职业运动员的限制。
2、从此，现代足球运动日益发展。 1835 年，在英国谢菲尔德成立了世界上第一个足球俱乐部。 1863 年，在英国又成立了第一个足球协会。从此，有组织的、在一定规则约束下的足球运动开始从英国传遍欧洲，传遍世界。在 19 世纪末，足球运动在西欧国家已相当普及。在 1896 年第一届奥运会上，就将足球列为比赛项目之一， 结果丹麦队以 9： 0 战胜希腊队， 成为奥运会足球比赛的第一个冠军。 1904 年，英国、法国、荷兰、比利时、西班牙、瑞典和瑞士七个国家的足球协会在法国成立了国际足球联合会，并推选法国人盖兰为第一任国际足联 2010 南非世界杯主席。 1.足球运动：football（在美国指橄榄球运
