2、利人的尊重2 0 0 1年 7月 1 3日中国北京赢得了 2 0 0 8年奥运会的主办权实现了百年来炎黄子孙的奥运梦想在赢得了奥运会主办权的同时也意味着中国要对奥林匹克运动履行自己郑重的承诺 这其中就包括要做好对奥林匹克知识产权的保护 人们出于对奥林匹克精神价值的追求购买标示有奥林匹克的产品 如果对奥林匹克知识产权保护不力不仅是对消费者的欺骗和对消费者权利的侵犯 也是对社会主义市场经济秩序的破坏保护奥林匹克知识产权是规范和维护市场经济秩序的必然要求 举办奥运会要求有充足的资金支持严格保护奥林匹克知识产权使所有奥林匹克知识产权的使用人都依法交纳使用费是解决奥运会经费缺口的重要途径 也是近些年来奥
3、运会的举办国解决奥运会经费的通行做法对奥林匹克知识产权的切实保护既是北京 2 0 0 8奥运会成功举办的一个重要标志也是北京 2 0 0 8 奥运会成功举办的重要保障之一 对奥林匹克知识产权的保护并不意味着它不能使用 而是在法律许可的范围内合理地利用使其产生更大的社会和经济效益目的旨在全世界健康持续地开展奥林匹克运动传播奥林匹克理想和理念研究表明一方面我国对奥林匹克知识产权的保护有了较完备的法律法规体系拥有一个由知识产权版权工商 海关等诸多部门相配合的执法队伍各级人民法院也积极行使审判职能保护奥林匹克知识产权另一方面群众缺乏奥林匹克知识产权保护意识侵犯北京2 0 0 8奥运会奥林匹克知识产权的

Protecting Olympics intellectual property rights, which means to inherit human cultural legacy and respect human beings lofty spirit, is
6、 the fundamental requirement of Olympic Games. International Olympic Committee and the National Olympic Committee are the owner of Olympic Intellectual Property Rights. The spirit value of Olympics is fully demonstrated through intellectual property rights, and protecting Olympic Intellectual Proper
7、ty Rights shows respect to the owner of the rights. On July 13th, 2001, Beijing of China witnessed the attainment of the host right, which made of Chinese peoples Olympic dreams come true. At the time of obtaining the host right of Olympic Games, it means that China will fulfill its serious promise
8、to Olympic Games concluding the protection of Olympic Intellectual Property Rights. To pursuit of Olympic spirit, people purchase the products with the mark of Olympics. If we do not protect the Olympic Intellectual Property Rights well, it will not only bring about the deceit of customers as well a
9、s the violation of customers rights, but also destroy the socialist market economy order. Protecting the Olympic Intellectual Property Rights is the necessity of regulation and maintenance of market economy order. Hosting the Olympic Games needs enough funds to support. 10、al Property Rights rigidly so as to make all the users pay the fees according to law is not only the significant means of solving the lack of funds, but also the host countrys usual method to solve the funds problems in recent years. 11、ls not only the significant sign of Beijing hosting the Olympics 2008 successfully, but also one important safeguard of hosting this meeting. Protecting Olympic Intellectual Property Rights doesnt mean that it cant be employed, but means that it can be used in a rational scale so as to make it produ
12、ce more social and economic benefits. It aims at developing the Olympic Games in a healthy and sustained way to convey the Olympic idea and concept. The study reveals that on one hand our country has owned a relatively complete system of law and regulation of protecting Olympic Intellectual Property
13、 Rights, owning a big troop of law enforcement involving many departments such as intellectual property rights, copy rights, industry and commerce, and Customs, and the court of all levels have begun to try some cases related to violation of Olympic Intellectual Property Rights; on the other hand, t
14、he act of violation of Beijing 2008 Olympic Intellectual Property Rights is quite serious. Therefore it has to build up a three-dimensional defense of intellectual property rights made up of the protections of legislation, administration, judicature and the self-relief of owners rights, which can pr
15、otect Olympic Intellectual Property Rights effectively and prevent as well as sanction the tort in order to establish and improve the sense of protecting the Olympic Intellectual Property Rights in the whole society and the whole nation, and ultimately realize the comprehensive protection of the Oly
