3、的交流和沟通也呈 现出蓬勃发展的景象。我国企业开始大量的走出去，而 通 过 OFDI 的方式来进行 国际交流合作也被目前广泛采纳。一直以来，无论是国家大政方针层面的考虑还 是企业以追求经济利益层面的理解， 对于走出去发展战略的重视都今非昔比。这 也是推动我国经济发展，结构转型的必然选择。产业结构的优化升级是可以由资 源的优化配置来实现的，而 开 展 O F D I 会是推动其优化升级的必然选择。OFDI 不仅会成为拉动我国经济增长的一个新的引擎增长点， 而且必将成为推动国内产 业结构优化升级的重要助力。在现代社会产业结构转型升级与OFDI 规模高速增长发展的大环境下，中国 经济呈现出两个很明显
4、的特征：一是产业结构仍然凸显出不合理的地方，而且我 国的经济发展仍处在全球产业链的最底层，仍然有很多问题亟待调整解决。另外 我 国 OFDI 的规模较为迅速增长，截 止 到 2013年底，首次进入了世界前三的投 资国。而 之 所以 OFDI 会呈现如此积极向上的发展方向，将肯定会对国内的产业 结构产生一定影响。鉴于我国特别的经济政治情况， 使得我国有关政府在进行向外OFDI 过程中 会比较深入的参与其中。 我国对外投资在投资主体和动机方面，不同于任何一个 经济国家和地区， 从 而 OFDI 对产业结构的影响途径肯定会和和其他国家地区必 然会有所不同。 本文将从产业和行业不同特点和同一行业的特殊
5、情况去分析研究 OFDI 如何影响产业结构升级， 再次结合我国经济发展的实际特点， 把投资主体、 动机和升级效应的差异结合起来最后归纳总结出我国会如何对国内产业结构升 级产生有效影响。本文在国内外有关OFDI 对产业结构产生怎样影响的理论研究的基础上， 会 从 不同 的 OFDI 的动因出发，来 分 析 OFDI 影响产业结构的作用机制。既要回顾 一下以前的发展历史，在这个基础上，在对目前二者的关系加以研究分析。根据 它们之间可能存在的相关性进行检验论证，最后全面的分析二者关系的相互影 响，进行综合效应分析。我国如何开展更好的OFDI ，给国内企业和产业发展提 供更好的政策建议。关键 词 ：
