2、。包头市是内蒙古自治区的重 要城市,小学体育现状具有一定的代表性,为此本文通过问卷调查和访谈等 形式对包头市城市小学体育现状进行了调查与研究,并根据具体情况提出可 持续的发展建议,旨在为包头市基础教育改革,科学地制定学校体育发展规 划提供理论依据,有利于推动少数民族地区体育教育发展,对加强民族团结 有重要意义,为我国小学体育教育改革提供参考。 结论如下:结论如下: 1包头市城市小学生大多数喜爱体育运动,且有较强的参与意识。课业负 担的不同造成三年级学生参加体育运动时间较五年级多。小学体育教学受场地 器材不足、教材选用、教学内容及教学方法的影响较大。课外体育活动薄弱, 多数家长不支持孩子参加课余

3、运动训练,主要是怕影响学习,小学竞技体育人 才培养数量与质量低。体育教师工作量大,学习与进修机会少。 2影响包头市城市小学体育的因素是主管领导对体育教育的认识不足,学 校对体育教育的资金投入不足, 场地器材缺乏严重影响了学生上体育课及课外体 育活动,也是导致体育教学内容单调的重要因素之一。家长对体育运动的态度影 响小学生的兴趣。社区体育活动滞后,间接影响小学体育教育发展。 3包头市城市小学体育可持续发展的建议是领导转变教育观念,重视小学 基础教育的全面发展。 增加体育教育的资金投入, 改善现状。 制定出符合本地区、 本学校的体育教学纲要,丰富教学内容,改进教学方法和手段。加强体育教师专 业培训

4、,适应新课标中体育教师的角色定位。根据少儿身心发育特点,构建快乐 体育模式。制定小学体育竞技人才培养方案,促进内蒙古自治区竞技体育事业蓬 勃发展。 建议:建议: 1 加强媒体对小学体育健康教育的宣传力度。 广泛的宣传引起社会、 学校、 家庭对小学体育的重视,提高学生健身意识,帮助和鼓励小学生积极参加体育 锻炼,关爱他们的身心健康。 2根据教育部、自治区规定的小学场地器材标准和本地区的实际情况制定 相应的标准,加大检查落实力度,定期进行检查。举办各种学习班,转变领导 的观念。 3休息日学校、社区体育场馆设施应向小学生开放,保证小学生有健身场 地,安全健身。有利于培养学生的健身习惯,减少学生业余时

6、eceive physical experience and information. Good PE, on the one hand, can cultivate pupils interests in sports, form a good habit of keeping fit and build sound foundation for lifelong PE. On the other hand, it plays an important role in training national competitive athletic successors. In view of

7、current situation that pupils are under heavy schoolwork, with many physical and mental problems, and the lack of physical successors, its necessary to carry out deep research into primary school PE. Baotou City is an important city in Inner Mongolia, so its current situation of primary school PE is

8、, in some way, representative. Thus, this paper, through questionnaires and interviews, studies the current situation of primary school PE in Baotou City and puts forward some sustainable development suggestions. Aiming at offering theoretical basis for elementary educational reforms and making scho

9、ol PE development proposals scientifically, this paper contributes to the development of PE in minority regions, strengthening national unity and offers references for primary-school PE reforms in our nation. Conclusions: 1. Most pupils in Baotou City are fond of physical activities and willing to p

10、articipate. Tear-three pupils spend more time in physical exercise than year-five pupils as a result of less schoolwork load. Primary-school PE is greatly influenced by the lack of sports-centers and equipment, choice of textbooks, teaching content and methodology. Pupils do little out-of-class phys

11、ical activities and most parents do not support childrens attending extra physical exercise, concerning it might interfere their learning. The current situation is lack of high-quality and large-amount primary-school competitive pupils. PE teachers are under heavy workload, as a result, they are lac

12、k of further study chances. 2. There are three types of PE awareness among the leaders in charge. Type one, put theories into practice; type, be theoretical; type three, value intelligence belittle physical health. Shortage of school PE in vestment, lack of sports-centers and equipment affect how pu

13、pils have PE classes and out-of-class physical activities, which leads to dullness of PE teaching content. Parents attitudes toward PE directly affect pupils interest and hobbies. Lagging of community physical activity affect the development of primary school PE. 3. Leaders in charge transform educa

14、tional idea and stress full development of elementary education. Increase investment in PE and improve current conditions. Strengthen professional training for PE teaching role in new course standards. According to children physical and mental development features construct delighting sports mould.

15、Make training proposals for primary-school physical competitive talents. Develop vigorously the competitive sports in Inner Mongolia. Suggestions: 1. Strengthen widely the media publicity of primary-school physical health education to draw attention to primary school PE from society, school and fami

16、lies. Enhance pupils awareness of keeping fit. Help and encourage pupils to attend sports training actively and take good care of their physical and mental health. 2.
