A thousand times thank you and best wishes! 广西大学硕士学位论文广西大学硕士学位论文 巴布亚新几内亚语言政策演变研究巴布亚新几内亚语言政策演变研究基于语言生态学的视角基于语言生态学的视角 ii 摘摘 要要 巴布亚新几内亚是一个兼具生物多样性与语言多样性的国家，是研究语言生态学的极佳典范。 巴布亚新几内亚境内物种丰富， 有超过 860 种语言。 根据语言生态学的观点，物种丰富的地方，语言也会
10、多种多样。巴布亚新几内亚政府对其丰富的语言制定了一系列相关的语言政策，以保护本国语言。中国可以从中获取启示，为国内的语言保护制定相关保护措施。 本论文基于语言生态学与语言帝国主义两个理论，分析巴布亚新几内亚的语言状况及其语言政策在不同时期的演变，旨在于从巴布亚新几内亚如何平衡本土语言与英语全球化带来的影响上的规划与措施中借鉴经验，为中国在制定本土语言政策上提供策略支持。作为原先澳大利亚殖民地的巴布亚新几内亚，在六十年代的殖民时期，英语是唯一的正式语言；七十年代取得独立以来，英语地位仍然重要，但规定学习英语的年龄有所下降；八十年代开始，本土语言的学习开始得到提倡；九十年代，方言学习繁荣发展；进入
11、 21 世纪，由于巴布亚新几内亚出于对于全球化的考虑，又再次修改其语言政策，再度掀起对英语的重视，在学校课程中加重了英语学习的比重。英语强势地位带来的语言帝国主义的影响，打破了语言多样性与文化多样性的平衡，使得巴布亚新几内亚本土文化逐渐随着语言的消亡而消失。 本论文所研究的是巴布亚新几内亚语言政策的演变。研究方法包括查阅数据库收集资料，以及向巴布亚新几内亚教育部发文索要其最新的语言政策。从此研究中得出结论，中国在制定语言政策时可从中获得启示，加大对本土语言的学习力度，但是也不忽视对于英语的学习。 关键词：关键词：巴布亚新几内亚；语言政策；语言生态学；语言帝国主义；演化 广西大学硕士学位论文广西

This country boasts of abundant species and is in the possession of ov
13、er 860 languages. According to the Language ecology, the biodiversity leads to the language diversity. These numerous languages can be taken into consideration for PNG to develop the relevant language policies, planning the domestic languages. Its inspiration can benefit China in the protection of l
14、ocal languages. Based on the language ecology and linguistic imperialism, this thesis analyzes the evolution of the language policy in different stages in PNG, aiming at absorbing experience and inspiration from the policy and measures PNG made in balancing the protection of vernaculars and the Engl
15、ish globalization, providing tactics to China in domestic language policy and planning. PNG, acting as the previous colony of Australia, witnessed a period in which English was the only formal language in 1960s; in 1970s, since independence has been achieved, English still remained its dominant status with the English preparatory year dropped; in the 1980s, the indigenous language education started its promotion; whil
