4、关注，他们身上究竟有哪些因素促使他们从平凡走向了优秀，这些因素是怎样起作用的，他们的教师专业发展历程遵循哪些规律，对当前中学语文教师的专业发展具有导向意义，他们的专业发展途径如何，这是本文探讨的主要问题。 据此，本文选取了钱梦龙、魏书生、余映潮、程红兵四位优秀中学语文教师的专业发展历程进行分析研究。他们自身在教师专业情意、专业知识和能力，自我专业发展意识等方面具有相当多的一致性。但同时他们又是独特的个体，时代背景的转换，所处教育政策的变化和不同关键人物和事件的影响，又使得这四位优秀中学语文教师的专业发展历程呈现差异性。 通过影响优秀中学语文教师专业发展的内外因素，找到优秀中学语文教师专业发展的
