1、1吴吴式式三十七式太极拳三十七式太极拳动作概述动作概述(普及版)2016说明本普及版,主要以练习套路为主。先练习套路,搭好架子,是循序渐进学习太极拳的基本方法。本套拳路在吴式太极拳传人王老先生的三十七式吴式太极拳材料 (式子与附图)基础上进行编译,总共为一百七十八个动作。每个动作名称尽量体现上下肢动作配合,语言简单易懂,以便初学者容易掌握。本人练习多年,对身体健康很有好处。本版仅供学习、研究与练习之用。由于内容丰富,动作描述较多,故在英文的动词使用上,难免有不清楚的地方,请特别注意。错漏之处,谨请斧正,以便更好地推广。OverviewWoo Style Taijiquan action thi
