1、基于单片机控制的电机调速系统的设计摘要该设计采用 MSC51 系列单片机控制进行直流电机转速的调控。本文介绍了调 速系统的具体工作流程，给出了控制电机转速的各个模块的结构框图。通过测 速发电机对电机速度进行测量反馈给主控制器单片机实现闭环控制，是的该系 统的随动性能好，抗干扰能力强，稳定性好。为了减小调节器存在的精差值， 不影响调节精度，采用了 PID 控制。在软件设计上，采用了 C 语言编程，实现 直流电机的转速调节控制，使得该系统设计更加灵活，通用性得到提高。关键词：直流电机；51 系列单片机；PID 算法；电机调速The design of control system based on
