2、流子系统进行了深入研究。本系统主要以 eclipse 作为开发工具，采用 SSH 框架技术、JSP 技术、WebService 技术、JavaMall 技术、DIV+CSS、jQuery技术等继续程序操作，通过 ORACLE 数据库进行数据存储。此系统主要经过的需求分析、详细设计、页面设计、程序实现、系统测试五个阶段，并实现了用户权限登录，信息收集，信息发布及信息交流的基本功能。关键词：信息交流子系统;CRM；SSH;Eclipse;JSP;WEBService;jQuery;ORACLE;济南大学毕业设计- II -ABSTRACTCustomer Relationship Manageme
