1、哈尔滨石油学院本科生毕业设计(论文)摘 要世界经济发展迅速,因此对于能源的需求也进一步增加,尤其是对石油产量的需求。一般常规的采油方法比如一次、二次采油,仅能采出油田储量的 30左右,仍然有大部分的原油被留在油田中,所以提高石油采油效率成为了未来重要的研究课题,即三次采油技术。近年来国外有人提出在泡沫剂溶液中加入聚合物,进一步提高泡沫膜的强度和稳定性,提高泡沫的封堵调剖能力,称之为强化泡沫1。常规泡沫驱油技术在油藏条件下稳定性较差,聚合物强化泡沫体系结合了聚合物、泡沫及表面活性剂的多种优点,起到了复合增效的作用,能够同时提高波及系数与驱油效率。本文主要对聚合物强化泡沫驱油实验进行研究,由以下几

2、个方面组成。首先,本文介绍了强化泡沫驱油配方研究。由强化配 2 方的筛选,强化配方抗盐性,强化配方抗油性三个方面入手,完成了强化泡沫驱油配方的研究。其次,本文继续进行强化泡沫驱油体系性能研究。此部分讨论了聚合物对泡沫体系封堵压差比的影响,残余油状态下聚合物对泡沫稳定性的影响,聚合物对泡沫体系驱油性能的影响。紧接着,本文又进一步探讨聚合物-泡沫调驱的影响因素,并进行了合理的实验研究。此章主要对一下四种影响因素加以分析:气液比对聚合物泡沫封堵能力的影响,注入速度对聚合物泡沫封堵效果的影响,聚合物对泡沫调驱能力的影响以及聚合物对泡沫调驱能力的影响。最后,本文联系实际需要与关注,进行了泡沫驱对环境的影

3、响及改善措施的研究。第一部分的泡沫驱油体系对环境的影响主要从以下几个方面介绍:泡沫剂对原油的影响,泡沫剂对产出水的影响,泡沫体系对金属管线的腐蚀,产出气体对天然气组分的影响,泡沫驱油体系对油藏的影响,泡沫剂与油藏的相互作用以及注氮设备对周围环境的影响。第二部分的改善泡沫驱对环境影响的措施研究中主要涉及到了改善聚合物粘度的措施和注入工艺的改进措施2。关键词:聚合物;泡沫;驱油实验;研究哈尔滨石油学院本科生毕业设计(论文)AbstractThe world economy has developed rapidly, so the demand for energy is further incr

4、easing, especially for oil demand. Production method of conventional such as primary exploitation, secondary depletion, can only produce oil reserves of about 30%, and still there is most of the crude oil left in the field, so to improve oil production efficiency has become an important future resea

5、rch issue, namely the tertiary recovery. In recent years, some foreigners raise that polymer is added in the foam agent solution can further improve the foam film stability and strength, improve the capability of foam plugging and profile control, called enhanced foam. Oil stability under reservoir

6、condition is poor displacing conventional foam, and polymer enhanced foam system combines the advantage of polymer, foaming and surface active agent, the compound synergistic effect, can simultaneously improve sweep efficiency and oil displacement efficiency. This paper focuses on the polymer enhanc

7、ed foam flooding experiment research, composed of the following aspects. Firstly, this paper introduces the research of oil formulation of enhanced foam flooding. By screening formula, formula salt resistance, oil resistance of formula three, completed the research of enhanced foam flooding formula.

8、 Secondly, this paper continues to study performance of enhanced foam flooding oil system. This part discusses the effect of polymer on the foam sealing pressure ratio, effect of polymer and residual oil condition on the stability of foam, effect of polymer on properties of foam flooding. Then, this

9、 paper further study on Influence Factors of polymer foam flooding, and experiments are carried out to study the reasonable. This chapter focuses on four kinds of influencing factors analysis: the influence of gas-liquid ratio on the polymer - foam sealing ability, injection rate of polymer foam plu

10、gging effect, effect of polymer ability of foam flooding and polymer flooding of the foam profile. Finally, contact the actual need and concern, study the impact on the environment of foam flooding and improving measures. The first part of the foam flooding oil system on environment mainly from the

11、following aspects: the influence of foaming agent on the oil, influence of foaming agent on the foaming system produced water, corrosion of metal pipe, affect output of gas on the components of natural gas, oil system of oil reservoir interaction of foam flooding, foam agent and reservoir as well as

12、 the influence of nitrogen injection equipment to the surrounding environment. Study on environmental impact measures drive second part improve bubble mainly involves the improvement measures and the viscosity of polymer injection technology improvement measures.Key words: polymer; foam; displacemen
