2、已显得尤为重要。在国际贸易的多边、双边领域通过原产地规则更好的维护和保障本国经济产业利益，已经成为各国政府共同关注的课题。面对当今复杂的国际贸易环境，如何更好地研究与利用原产地规则，对发展中国家的意义尤为重要。本文是针对发展中国家利用原产里规则的现状进行阐述研究，为发展中国家利用原产地规则提出建设性意见，从原产地规则的利用入手，运用所学国际贸易学科中的诸多理论，首先介绍原产地规则的基本概况。其次针对主要发展中国家中的典型的贸易大国对应用原产地规则的状况作出分析，找出发展中国家在应用原产地规则中存在的问题，并且找出导致这些问题的原因所在。最后，也是文章的重点部分所在，针对发展中国家利用原产地规则
