2、树立服务社会的思想的有效途径。这几个月的工厂实习，一晃而过，却让我从中领悟到了很多的东西，而这些东西将让我终生受用。实习加深了我与社会各阶层人的感情，拉近了我与社会的距离，也让自己在社会实践中开拓了视野，增长了才干，进一步明确了我们大学生的成材之路与肩负的历史使命。社会才是学习和受教育的大课堂，在那片广阔的天地里，我们的人生价值得到了体现，为将来更加激烈的竞争打下了更为坚实的基础。我在实践中得到许多的感悟，也对机械制造有了更深的认识。总结这段实习经历，希望扬长避短，让今后的自己更加完善。关键词：安全教育；技能培训；实习；总结Practice Summary of SDJUAbstractTim

14、xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx2第第 2 2 章章 实习过程实习过程在第一个月里我去培训了冷作工，让我知道了冷作分为备料、展开放样、加工成型和装配连接，也让我充分地理解了冷作的含义：再不改变断面特征的情况下，将板材、钢材、型材加工成各种成品和半成品的工艺。我们一边学习理论，一边动手把给你的主视图和俯视图展开放样，让我学习到了几种放样的方法，等我们熟悉和掌握了放样的方法后，老师开始教我们加工成型，我们也一步步的看着，等到我们开始实际操作时，我们都手忙脚乱的，开始几天我们在用锤子和凿子下料时，我们总是会敲到手，痛的哇哇叫，等到我们熟练之后，敲到手的几率也越来越少，动作也越来越快，渐渐地，我们完成一件成品的时间从一个上午变成了1个小时。这样也让我们了解了冷作工具体是做什么的。经过了一个月的培训，厂里给我们安排到了各个车间，我被分配到了钣金车间，主要做的是装配
