1、 第 1 页 共 47 页编号： 摘摘 要要民航售票系统是航空业可以正常运作和发展的必要设施,经过详细的调查和分析，发现原有的售票系统存在着功能单一和效率低等问题，本论文以系统开发步骤为主线，通过系统开发背景知识的介绍，引出对民航售票系统管理现状的分析，进而展开可行性问题的研究,并且分析了各大航空公司原有售票系统的结构、功能及存在的问题，重新设计和结合新时代而为系统增加了新的功能。本课题的开发工具由 Borland Delphi 6.0 可视化编程平台和 Microsoft SQL Server2000 数据库管理软件组成。本系统基于SQL SERVER2000 远程服务器的实时连接和更新的数
2、据库技术的航空售票管理系统。新的民航售票系统主要由票务管理和航班管理两大部分组成，在票务管理模块中实现了实时的售票、订票、退票等功能，其中售票和订票是本系统的核心内容，根据顾客要求的出发地、达到地和出发日期，先查找出相应的航班信息，然后进行售票或订票的操作。在航班管理模块中，我们可以通过管理员身份对航班信息进行编辑，实现了对各航班的信息、价格和乘客的信息更新等功能。对民航系统来说系统的安全性是相当重要的，所以系统为用户设立了不同权限，只有系统的管理员才可以对航班信息和操作人员信息进行编辑，其他的为一般售票人员。并在此基础上提出了一个新的更为理想的售票系统模型，并对其进行了分析和探讨。关键词：数

We find that the former ticket system has some problems with functional singleness and low efficiency. The main line of this thesis is the steps of the

It bases on the introduction of the background of the development of the system, leads to the analysis of the present condition in the ticket system management of civil aviation, then gives the study of the problem about feasibility. After having enough investigation and
5、analysis, we find that the former ticket system had some problems with the functional singleness, low efficiency, and so on. This thesis analyzes the structure, function and problems of the ticket system in each airline company, give the new design and increase the new function to the system for the
6、 new era. The development tool of this study is formed by Borland Delphi 6.0 visible edit platform and Server2000 data base management software. This system bases on the aviation ticket management system of the solid-hour connection and the new technology of Data Base of SQL SERVER2000 long-range se
7、rver. The new civil aviation ticket system is mainly constructed by the two parts of the ticket management and scheduled flight management. In ticket management module, we realize the function of solid hour selling, booking and refunding the ticket, etc, in which selling and booking ticket are the k
8、ey points in this system, which can firstly find out the relevant information of scheduled flight, then do the operation of selling and booking ticket, according to the passengers requirement of starting place, date and destination. In scheduled flight management model, we can edit scheduled flight
9、information with the status of minister, to realize the function of the information of each scheduled flight, price and the information of passengers.
