1、聊城大学硕士学位论文i摘 要社会的发展对公众的科学知识水平和科学文化素养提出了更高的要求。当今社会,人们除了接受正规教育之外,迫切需要通过各种媒体来实现终身学习。电视媒体以其覆盖面广、经济实惠、使用方便、老少皆宜的独特优势,成为我国公众获取科学知识和科技信息最主要的渠道。科教电视专题片是通过电视媒体来传播科学技术知识和科学方法的一种方式,它具有声画结合、图文并茂、形象生动的特点,这些特点使其在科学文化传播中具备极大优势,成为深受观众喜爱的科教电视节目形式。电视节目制作技术的发展,给科教电视专题片的选题提供了更广泛的空间。但要保证其质量,促使科教电视专题片多出精品,必须要加强科教电视专题片的评价

2、研究,以此来推动科教电视专题片评审、评选活动的进行。本研究运用文献研究法,观察法和问卷调查法,在对科教电视专题片的特性和构成要素进行分析的基础上,在相关理论的指导下,建立了科教电视专题片评价指标体系,借鉴了模糊综合评价的方法,为科教电视专题片的评价提供了参考依据和切实有效的方法。本研究共分六章。第一章绪论介绍了本研究选题的起因、研究的目的意义、国内外研究概况以及研究内容和研究方法。第二章科教电视专题片的界定与分析,界定了本研究的研究对象并对科教电视专题片的特性和构成要素进行了分析。第三章理论基础,从教育产品评价理论、教育传播理论、电视传播理论和科教电视节目编制理论几个方面阐述了科教电视专题片评

3、价研究的理论基础。第四章科教电视专题片评价指标体系的建立,在参考和借鉴现有相关评价标准的基础上,结合科教电视专题片的特性,初步建立了评价指标体系框架,然后经过向专家征求修改意见对评价指标体系进行了进一步修改,最后通过专家意见统计加权法确定了权重,最后得出科教电视专题片评价指标体系。第五章科教电视专题片的模糊综合评价,将模糊综合评价方法引入到科教电视专题片评价中来,建立了科教电视专题片模糊综合评价的数学模型。第六章总结与反思,总结了研究的过程和结论,反思了本研究存在的不足,对后续研究进行了展望。聊城大学硕士学位论文ii关键词:科教电视节目;科教电视专题片;评价指标体系;模糊综合评价聊城大学硕士学

Todays society, people in addition to receiving formal education, the urgent need through a variety of media to achieve life-long learning. TV media because of its

5、wide coverage, affordable, easy to use, the unique advantages of ages, and has become public access to scientific knowledge and scientific and technical information most important channels. Scientific and educational television features through the television media to disseminate scientific and tech

6、nological knowledge and scientific methods of a way, it has the sound and picture combination of vivid, well-made features. These characteristics make it in the scientific and cultural transmission have a great advantage, making it a popular audience favorite form of scientific and educational progr

7、ams.Television program manufacture technology, the development of science and technology of TV program subject to provide wider space. But to ensure its quality, make TV specials and more high-quality goods, must strengthen the research of TV program strategy, in order to promote science evaluation

8、and selection of TV program. This research use of documentation and questionnaire survey and observation on TV specials and characteristics of elements and, on the basis of the analysis on the related theory of science, established under the guidance of TV program evaluation index system, using the

9、fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for the evaluation of TV program and provide the reference and effective method.This research has six chapters. The first chapter introduces the research topic introduction to the origin, the purpose of the research significance, the research situation at home a

10、nd abroad and the research content and research methods. The second chapter TV specials and science research, defines the research object of science and technology and the characteristics of TV specials and elements were analyzed. The third chapter theoretical basis, from the education evaluation th

The fourth chapter TV specials and establishment of index system, in the reference and the existing related evaluation st

12、andard, on the basis of the characteristic and TV specials, establish the evaluation index system, and then pass to the framework for amendment opinions of expert evaluation index system for further modification, finally through expert advice statistical weighting method determines the weight, the e

13、valuation index system of science of TV program. Chapter 5 TV specials and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, will introduce to the science of TV program evaluation, established the TV specials and mathematical model of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. The sixth
