Lucy found her father and took him away from Paris.After Lucy took Dr Manette back to London, they attended a trail of London court. In court, the defendant Charles
7、 Darnay, who was regarded as a French spy, would be sentenced to death. Lucy defended for the defendant, finally Charles was set free, and fell in love with Lucy deeply. However, Charles was born in a famliy of earl. His uncle is French landlord,The Marquis of Evremonde was heartless and cruel, who
8、was extremely hated by French people. While Charles went back to France to meet his uncle, he expressed his love to Lucy and hoped to live a new life. On the following day, The Marquis of Evremonde was murdered. Then, Charles returned back to London. After a year of hard work, Charles became a succe
9、ssful French teacher. Afterwards,Charles seized the chance that Lucy was not in house to visit Dr Manette, and expressed how much he loved his daughter. Then they came to an agreement if Miss Lucy expressed her to Charles, Dr Manette could not interfere this love. With the development of time, Charl
10、es married Lucy, which showed Dr Manette severe strike. Dr Manette became the prisoner of the Bastille again, and just repaired his shoes silently, without friends,without famliy, even without name, which lasted for nine days and nights. Then he recovered. In Paris,France. A peasant uprising organis
11、ed by the couple of Defarge overthrew the Bastille, and set free the painful people in it and overthrew the castle of Marquis. Next, a new freedom was born the new Freedom of France. A that time, almost whole French noble were killed or put in the Bastille. After marrying, the famliy of Charles live
12、d happily. However, it was broken up by a letter of asking for help from France. Charles returned back to Paris at risk of losing life to save an old servant of noble. Unfortunately, he was directly put in prison when he went to Paris, and experienced what Dr Manette do in it. Next, Charles was put
13、in court. After a long time of judgement, Charles was set free again. His famliy can lived together happily again. During they waiting to go back London, Charles was accused again and taken away. This time, why he was accused is that the crime what his father and uncle do,which was not forgiven. And
14、 no one could save him at this time. At the following day, What waiting for Charles was sent to guillotine. In this situation, Carton, who had a crush on Lucy, took advantage of his similar face with Charles and masquerading to change with Charles and save him. Finally, Charles famliy left Paris and
15、 back to London safely, but Carton himself was sent to guillotine. The story was end. 2. Feelings The French revolution is human history a blood mark. In the troubled times, full of uncertainty, In this chaotic state, all of humanity is revealed undoubted. A tale of two cities uses the French revolu
16、tion as the background, through for family and civilian hatred between the conflict, the author dickens just want to convey blood cant wipe out hatred, even more can not replace love noble tyranny caused pain for civilians wont heal because of the blood, and the hatred of civilian to noble can not substitute for the love to the death.
