Nickel and chrome are plated on copper substrates:1.1 Thickness of plating layers:Ni layer7.6um;Chrome layer0.25um。1.2 Corrosion resis
2、tance performance: Neutral salt spray test for 96 hours; Acid salt spray test for 24 hours.After above tests, corrosion points per an inch on the surface of parts are not more than 1 point, corrosion point length of any direction is not more than 0.8mm. 1.3 Adhesion test of plating layers: Put the p
3、art into a baking box with the temperature 250C10C and last for 1 hour, remove it and put into the water with room temperature, then remove it out of water and observe if there is blisters, peeling and cracks on the surface. 2.
