2、响应控制己成为各建设项目主体的一项迫切任务。本课题研究的意义在于通过对项目风险的识别、分析和评价，提出风险控制措施，便于项目管理者的实际运用。本文主要采用文献研究和实地调研相结合的方法。文献研究法是指通过查阅、收集、分析、综合有关科研文献材料，获取所需利用的信息、知识、数据和观点的研究方法。论文通过检索、查找、复制等多种文献信息、收集途径和方法，对利益相关者理论、博弈论、工程项目风险管理等理论与应用现状进行了研究，并在此基础上提出了论文研究主题：工程项目风险管理研究。风险识别、风险分析、风险评价和风险应对是工程项目风险管理的系统地动态过程，每一个环节都直接影响着其他环节的发展。风险识别是工程项
