1、火电厂火电厂 300MW 机组热力部分和制粉燃烧系统设计(抚顺烟煤)机组热力部分和制粉燃烧系统设计(抚顺烟煤)摘摘 要要针对火力发电厂 300MW 机组的制粉燃烧系统及热力部分的八级加热系统,本人做出初步设计。随着技术的发展,火电厂机组容量不断增大,每千瓦装机容量的建设的投资相对降低。虽然电厂机组容量越来越大,但是所需要的工作人员越来越少,这也充分体现高科技在其上的,工人总的工资相对减少,而个人收入不断增加,效率也就提高了。在充分吸收前任经验的基础上,接合工程实际情况,对原已较成熟的热力系统作了进一步优化,使其更符合实际情况,同时还使投资得以降低。本次设计首先完列出了该设计总的概况,然后依次为

2、燃烧系统计算,制粉系统计算,烟风管道的计算及选取,原则性热力计算,以及全面性热力系统的拟定及其辅助设备的选择,其中主要是对全厂性热力系统的拟定。在热力系统的计算设计中,对各个局部热力系统及其辅助设备的选择,对原则性热力系统的计算和热力系统的拟定,对原则性热力系统的计算时采用按定汽轮机进气量的计算方法。在燃烧、制粉系统计算设计中,燃烧及制粉系统设备选择,0D烟风管道的计算及选取。关键词:关键词:燃烧系统;原则性热力系统;制粉系统;全面性热力系统300MW units in thermal power plant thermal combustion system design and flour
