1、適用於：電鍍槽、蝕刻槽及工業各制程的現場偵測。Suitable for: Plating tanks, Etching tanks, and the on-site detection of various industrial processes.原理：應用阿基米德原理浮力法，將主機放在一個容易操作的平臺上，主機上裝有取樣槽，液體由取樣槽內的進出孔進 出，透過取樣槽內感應球的浮力變化自動顯出液體的比重值。透過連續的動作即可完成線上液體的密度測量與監控。快速 讀取量測液體的線上密度數值。A、比重計算：是根據阿基米德的浮力法，利用標準的玻璃砝碼重量，計算其未知的液體比重。可依液體的物性，選擇更換
2、砝碼的種類。B、濃度計算：利用密度和濃度轉換公式以y為濃度、以x為密度可利用反推線性得知。Principle: Density calculation: According to the buoyancy method of Archimedean principle, and by applying the weight of standard glass weight, the liquid density can be calculated. Different kinds of weight can be chosen according to the liquid property.
3、Concentration calculation: By applying the conversion formula of density and concentration, y represents concentration, and x represents density, it can be available by back-stepping linear.功能： 測量範圍比重0.0012.000、濃度0.1 %100.0 %皆可測量。 具有比重上、下限的設定與警示的功能。安裝的步驟非常簡單，操作非常方便。 測量的液體比重值在設定的範圍內顯示幕就會顯示OK；低於比重下限的設
