1、1论带老年团旅游技巧论带老年团旅游技巧 陈辉芳陈辉芳 摘要摘要 外出旅游的老年人是一个特殊的旅游群体。老年人外出旅游一般分为以下三种情况：离退休后单位组织出来的（比方我老父亲单位每年都会组织老干部出去旅游）： 这样的老人家经济条件一般不会差，但是懂的也多，文化素质相对较高，但只要导游能说 “晕”他们，觉得你很博学，一切都好办；第二种：儿女赞助他们出来的：这种老人家， 家庭生活比较幸福，儿女孝顺，虽然出来之前儿女会叮嘱他们表买这个表买那个，但出于 对子女儿孙的关怀和感激，他们肯定是要买些东西回去的，基本上以送给晚辈为主； 第三 种：自己出钱旅游的（比如我叔叔）：这样的老人家，观念肯定是新潮的，而
2、且也比较想 的开。虽然去过的地方一定不少，见多识广，购物理智，但加点一般不成问题。面对这三 种不同的老年人旅游，导游得有不同的方法和技巧。导游在带老年团的过程中,除了要遵守 导游工作程序之外,还应讲求带团技巧,针对老年人在身体、心理等方面的特殊性,为其提供 优质、标准、贴心的导游服务。本文通过对老年旅游的深入分析，对老年团旅游的特点， 老年旅游团的特殊要求和要特别注意的问题等多方面研究后，进入带好老年团的研究，经 过系列文献研究和实践案例分析总结后，提出了一些如何带好老年旅游团的建议，值得同 行们多多借鉴。本文总共分为五部分，最先提出本文的中文摘要、关键词，英文摘要、关键词，然后 阐述导论，论
3、述了老年人旅游团的产生原因和背景，提出问题，分析了研究的目的和意义， 文献探讨，介绍研究的内容，研究的思路和方法，介绍论文的结构。第二部分，对旅游、 导游、导游技巧和老年团等专业术语进行界定；第三部分，带老年团旅游的目前的一些不 良好问题和现象分析、诊断； 第四部分，提出完善带老年团的一些方法和具体可行的措施； 包括：第五部分，结论和展望。关键词关键词：老年；旅游；带团技巧；导游；风景Abstract: the travel of the elderly is a special tourism group.
