11、ation is an adaptation made by our company against Specification for the construction and acceptance of stainless steel and aluminum silosSHJ513-90, according to the information from SINOPEC with document No. JB269.The specification consists of 7 chapters and 3 annexes and the main content of the ad
12、aptation is as follows:1. Considering that the requirement on manufacture, construction and acceptance of stainless steel and silos is included inWelded Steel Vessels for Atmospheric PressureJB/T4735-97, so the relative content was deleted during adaptation and the original specification was renamed
13、 as Specification for the construction and acceptance of aluminum silos for petrochemical industry and adaptation and adjustment has been made against the relative chapters in the original specification. 2. According to the regulations concerning the design specification of silos, the operation 4 te
14、mperature of the silo shall be lower than 100, so the original phrase “design temperature lower than 150” was changed into “design temperature not higher than 100”.3. Flat top structure does not occur in the design specification of silos and actual silos, so the requirement on the flat top structure
15、 in the original specification was deleted. 4. Because aluminum silo works under normal pressure, the relative adaptation has been made against the regulations concerning repairing according towelding technical specification for aluminum and its alloyHGJ222-92.During adaptation, comprehensive invest
16、igations have been made aiming at problems exist the original specification. The practical experience acquired during construction of petrochemical aluminum silos in recent years has been summarized and the opinions concerning construction, design and production have been collected, among which, the main problems were discussed repetitiously and the text was finally fixed after inspection.During practicing of this specification
