3、的条件调试前应具备的条件 Precondition2.1 加药系统安装完毕，加药管线连接正确。检查各溶药箱、计量箱、阀门、管路是否清理干净。The erection of the chemical dosing system equipment should be completed. The tanks and pipe should be flushed keep it running for 2 hours at 1.4Mpa, and 100 strokes. Check it whether the rated output is met or not.4.2 磷酸盐泵的运行试验 O
4、peration test for phosphate metering pumps溶药箱上满除盐水，打开加药泵进出口阀门，开启加药点一、二次阀门，启动加药泵，将其出力调整到 100%， 连续运行 2 小时，检查溶液箱液位下降体积是否满足 2 小时的额定出力。Open the inlet/outlet valves and start the pumps; keep it running for 2hours at 20Mpa, and 100 strokes. Check it whether the rated output is met or not.4.3 十八胺泵的运行试验 Oper
5、ation test for stearamine metering pumps溶药箱上满除盐水，打开加药泵进出口阀门，开启加药点一、二次阀门，启动加药泵，将其出力调整到 100%， 连续运行 2 小时，检查溶液箱液位下降体积是否满足 2 小时的额定出力。Open the inlet/outlet valves and start the pumps; keep it running for 2hours, and 100 strokes. 6、 agitator of phosphate solution tank should be operated for 2 hours.4.4 氨、联氨溶药箱搅拌器应带水连续运行 2 小时。The agitator of amine solution tank and hydrazine solution tank should be operated for 2 hours.4.5 十八胺溶药箱搅拌器应带水连续运行 2 小时。The agitator of stearamine solution tank and hydrazine solution tank should be opera
7、ted for 2 hours.5 计量泵的调整试验计量泵的调整试验 Adjustment test of metering pumps5.1 胺和联氨泵的流量测定Flow rate measurement of ammonia and hydrazine metering pumps调整泵的出力在 25%, 50%, 75%,和 100%分别测定其流量，在 100%时的流量应达到额定出力。Adjust the metering pump to 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100%Stroke, then measure the flow rate separately. 10、st of electrical equipment按下启停按钮，设备应能正常启停。Push the start and stop buttons. The equipment runs normally Or stops. 6.2 搅拌器时间控制 Time control of agitators将搅拌器的定时器放在 1-90 分钟，启动搅拌器，在设定时间后，搅拌器应能自动停止。Set the working time of agitators at 1 to 90 minutes, start the Agitators. After the set time, the agitators
11、 stop automatically.6.3 溶药箱高低液位报警试验 Solution tanks high and low level alarming test 使溶药箱的水位达到高低液位，应有报警信号送出。Make the liquid at the solution tanks reach high or low level. The alarm will send out acoustic and optical signals. 6.4 溶药箱低低液位联锁试验 The interlock pump tests of pumps at low, low level. 溶药箱达到低低
12、液位时，加药泵应能自动停止运行。The liquid the tank reaches low, low level. The metering Pump stops running.6.5 氨和联氨泵的人工调整试验Manual adjustment test of amine and hydrazine metering pumpsSet the pump actuator at “Manual” position, push the “+/-”key. The stroke of pump showed should within 0 to 100%. 启动泵，将其运行模式放在“人工”位，
13、按下“+/-”钮，其行程应能在 0%-1-100%间变化。胺和联氨泵的自动调整试验 Auto-analogue adjustment test of amine and hydrazine Metering pumps启动泵，将其运行模式放在“自动”位，输入 4 - 20mA 信号，其行程应能在 0%-1-100%间变化。Set the pump actuator at “Auto” position and input the Control signals of 4 to 20mA DC. The pump stroke changes Within 0 to 100% with an c
