2、的自动包装。其包装材料为复合材料，包装材料以纸、玻璃纸、涤纶膜、铝箔等为基纸印为商标，并喷涂高压聚乙烯制成。自动颗粒包装机主要有横封机构、纵封机构、供料机构、剪切机构、传动机构及电气控制系统。在本次设计中，我们的主要任务是对其橫封、侧封机构，以及袋成型系统进行设计，对各工作机构进行改进，是其满足设计要求，已达到所要求的生产效率。自动颗粒包装机能自动完成制袋、可调量杯计量、填充、打印日期、封合部位打口、计数、传送带输出等功能。本机还采用了无级调整制袋长度机构和光电商标定位控制。关键词：自动，传动机构，工作原理AbstractIIAbstractIt is main task that to de
