(三)螺纹铣刀(3) the thread cutter http:/ http:/ http:/ http:/ 随着中国数控机床的发展,螺纹铣刀越来越得到人们的认可,它很好的加工性能,成为降低螺纹加工成本、提高效率、解决螺纹加工难题的有力加工刀具。由于目前螺纹铣刀的制造材料为硬质合金,加工线速度可达 80200m/min,而高速钢丝锥的加工线速度仅为 1030m/min,故螺纹铣刀适合高速切削,加工螺纹的表面光洁度也大幅提高。高硬度材料和高温合金材料,如钛合金、镍基合金的螺纹加工一直是一个比较困难的问题,主要是因为高速钢丝锥加工上述材料螺纹时,刀具寿命较短,而采用硬质合金螺纹铣刀对硬材料螺纹加工则是效果比较理想的解决方案可加工硬度为 hrc5862。对高温合金材料的螺纹加工,螺纹铣刀同样显示出非常优异的加工性能和超乎预期的长寿命。对于相同螺距、不同直径的螺纹孔,采用丝锥加工需要多把刀具才能完成,但如采用
