1、河南财经学院本科生毕业论文我国承接服务外包 SWOT 分析专 业国际经济与贸易学 号20082010830姓 名吴丽指导教师李万军 副教授 在此处键入年份 年月份 月日期 日I摘摘 要要近年来，随着经济全球化和信息技术的发展，国际服务外包获得了迅猛发展，成为很多跨国公司提高核心竞争力的战略选择，同时也推动了全球新一轮的产业转移。这对走向国际市场，发展现代服务业的中国来说，充满着机遇和挑战。我国作为国际服务外包重要承接国之一,为了加快服务外包的发展,我国政府应积极制定相关的政策,吸引跨国公司开展服务外包业务,推动服务外包行业的发展;企业方面应着重加强品牌建设、扩大企业规模等,大力提升其服务外包竞
2、争力。本文首先阐述服务外包的概念、类型和其产生的原因、特点及现状，并运用劳动分工理论、核心竞争力理论、交易费用理论分别从不同角度对服务外包产生的原因进行了理论分析。其次，分析了我国承接服务外包的重大战略意义，得出发展现代服务业是我国经济和社会发展的必然选择。再次，按照SWOT分析模式，从优势、弱势、机会、威胁四个方面，对产业发展环境进行了详细剖析，并在分析的基础上，从政府和企业两个层面提出了促进我国服务外包发展的建议及策略。 总之，与传统产业相比，特别是与制造业外包相比，国际服务外包有利于节约承接国的自然资源、保护环境，有利于承接国各生产要素的更有效配置。我国应该抓住这一发展机遇，结合自身特点
