(33)华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文11绪 论1.1研究背景与研究意义1）研究背景进入 21 世纪以来，随着电子计算机技术及网络技术的蓬勃发展，极大地缩短了 交易各方的时空距离，减少了交易成本，从而促进了物流、信息流、资金流和商流的“四流”合一，给全球物流带来了新的发展机遇，并促使现代物流呈现出自动化、 信息化、网络化、智能化和柔性化等新的特征1。与此同时，采购物流管理也已经从 企业内部延伸到企业外部，成为供应链管理的一个重要组成部分。为了缓解市场竞争所带来的持续性降价压力，企业为了保证一定的利润水 平，就必须要求企业管理者寻求更加行之有效的降低成本的方法。鉴于企业内部 降低成本的潜力几乎已经被挖掘殆尽，所以，深化供应链的成本管理，降低包括物流成本在内的供应链总成本就已经成为了企业提高经济效益的最主要途径之 一。通过全方位的运用供应链的管理理念，企业就能够更加行之有效地减少采购 时间及物资库存，提高采购物资的品质，最终达到降低企业运营成本，提高企业经济效益的目的。与此同时，在供应链中的所有相关企业更加能够充分地完成自 身的价值创造过程，达到企业物流总成本最低
