2、量和 增强企业竞争力的当务之急。有效的员工培训不但能提高员工的 知识技能水平,还可以传播公司文化和经营理念,有助于员工之 间的协调合作与沟通,方便实施制度和战略。如果一个企业有一 个科学有效的员工培训机制,企业将会点燃员工的工作激情,造 就一支为企业目标实现而奋斗的团队,要做到科学有效的培训不 是件简单的事情,它包括很多方面的内容,从培训需求分析到培 训方法的选择以及合理的培训评估都需要人力资源管理工作者认 真思考和研究。 中国进入 WTO 后推动我国经济迈向一个崭新的平台而对于企 业来说是机遇大于挑战,企业培训已成为不可避免的事实且正受 越来越多的企业关注,我们看到企业自身的优势的同时更应该

3、审 视自己存在的问题与不足。馨浩明缘贸易有限公司员工培训方面 做的很好,但是在一些细节方面还存在一些问题,本文就馨浩明 缘贸易有限公司的员工进行了研究。本文首先是引言,主要阐述 了本文研究的背景、内容及目的。然后就是有关员工培训的理论 综述,主要阐述了员工培训的含义作用及基本原则。接下来是馨 浩明缘贸易有限公司的简介,主要介绍的是馨浩明缘贸易有限公 司的现状和发展历史。其次说明了馨浩明缘贸易有限公司员工培 训中存在的问题及其原因分析。再次是解决馨浩明缘贸易有限公 司存在问题的对策和建议。最后是结束语。 本文的总结和概括如何加强和完善人才培养和员工培训,是 当前公司发展过程中需急待解决的问题而对
