1、摘 要摘 要 上市公司股利分配是公司利润分配的一部分， 是公司理财活动的核心内容之一。恰当的股利政策，有利于上市公司在资本市场上树立良好形象，为其进一步发展创造机会和条件，公司股利政策的制定应以维持和促进公司市场价值为目标，充分协调股东利益和公司的长远发展。西方国家早在二十世纪五十年代便开始进行股利政策理论的研究，经过五十多年的发展已取得了巨大成果。我国随着股票市场的发展，上市公司越来越多，其股利分配政策各有差异，其中也存在许多不规范的行为。 本文以美的集团股份有限公司为样本， 通过考察该公司近年来实际股利分配的情况，揭示公司所采取的股利分配政策，并横向对比其他类似企业，分析该公司现金股利的多
2、少。 从理论以及宏观和微观等方面分析有关因素对公司股利政策的影响，并对该公司的股利分配政策进行评析，指出其中的合理和不足之处，提出改进意见，可望对优化美的集团目前的股利政策提供参考，也希望能对电器行业股利政策提供借鉴和参考。 关键词关键词：美的集团，股利分配政策，影响因素 IAbstract Dividend Distribution of listed companies is part of the distribution of corporate profits, financial management activities of the company is one of the
