1、网上学习平台的设计与实现（计算机科学与技术专业，湖南 益阳 413000） 摘要：摘要：跨入 21 世纪,我们面临着一个崭新的时代，以计算机为核心的信息技术正给人类社会带来重大变 革。它正改变人类的工作、生活、经济运作和信息交流的方式，为今天的时代赋予新的内容，这些变革 也使传统的学习方式面临着全新的机遇和挑战。随着建构主义学习理论的发展，多媒体计算机和网络通 信技术作为其理想认知工具,能有效地促进学习者的认知发展，从而使成千上万不同地区不同阶层不同学 习类型的人们，可以打破时空限制，用最低的投入及成本获得最佳的学习效果。同时，生活水平的不断 提高，促使人们对自我发展的需求不断增强，传统的教育
