Based on the theory of management, logistics theory, economics, management and operational research, this thesis tries to make detailed theoretical and empirical studies on the principles, influence factors, and
3、 models of the location of Hazardous Materials logistic centers, and so on. The main contents of this dissertation are follows： This paper first introduces the definition，classification，management regulations of HazardousMaterials,location models of logistics centers.Then it gives a constrained anal
4、ysis of influence factors for the location of the logistics centers. At last, based on them this article establishes models of AHP and location-routing as given with numerical example. The establishment and solution are the focus contents of the paper. Quantitative method of study is used: firstly,
5、it establish the model of AHP, calculates the weight value of every influence factors. secondly, it establish the model of location-routing. finally, an example is given based on the model to comparison and analysis. the location-routing model in this paper including two parts: cost and risk. throug
6、h adjusting coefficient of weight value it calculates the total cost of cost mainly consider and risk mainly consider separately. At last, it makes a comparison between the two solutions, results show that risk mainly consider can reduce the harm to people to a great extent, improve the security of
