1、课程名称(中文): 植物学课程名称(英文): Botany 学分数 / 学时数: 4/72 开课学期: 第二、三学期课程类别: 专业必修课面向专业: 生物科学课程负责人: 廖文波课程内容简介(中文):植物学由种子植物形态解剖、植物分类(包括孢子植物分类和种子植物分类)两大部分组成。 本课程的目的是使学生在学习植物学后,认识植物的细胞、组织、 器官的形态特征以及功能, 掌握营养器官和繁殖器官形态解剖的基本知识、技能和技巧, 熟练地运用分类学的原则、 原理, 识别和鉴别植物。并要求学生初步了解植物各大类群及其相互之间的亲缘关系和系统发育的规律。在学习种子植物形态解剖部分时,要求学生掌握植物细胞显微

2、和亚显微结构; 细胞分裂的类型和过程;组织的起源和类型;营养器官和繁殖器官的发育和形态结构。 在孢子植物部分, 要求学生对孢子植物中各大类群和门的特征,以及代表植物的形态、结构、 生活史有一个基本的了解,对不同类群之间的亲缘关系有所认识,从而建立起植物界演化发展的唯物主义观点。在种子植物部分, 要求学生掌握各大类群,关键科、属及其特征,分布, 系统学意义以及经济价值,各类群之间的亲缘关系;对流行的种子植物系统的理论基础和它们之间的不同点有所了解。课程内容简介(英文):Botanyis composed of seed plant morphology anatomy and plant cla

The goal of this curriculum is to make students know the morphological character of the plant cell, tissue and organ and their functions, grasp the basic information, technique and skill about morphology anatomy of vege

4、tative organs and reproductive organs, masterly exercise the principle, theory of taxonomy to recognize and identify the plants. And also the curriculum requests the students to know primarily various plant groups, their affinity and the phylogeny law. During studying the morphology anatomy, student

5、s are requested to grasp the microstructure and ultrastructure of the plant cell, the type and the process of cell division, origin and types of tissues, development and morphological structure of the vegetative organ and reproductive organ. In the part of spore plants, students are requested to kno

6、w basically various groups and the character of each division, as well as the representative plants form, structure, life cycle, and also realize the relationship among different groups, so accordingly build up materialistic viewpoint about the evolvement and development in Plantae. In the part of seed plants, students should grasp various groups, key families, genera and their characters, distribution, phylogenic meaning and economic value, relationship among each group, and also should know the theory elements of the current spermatophyte systematics and their difference each other.
