In particular, as preset distribution lists are not always kept current, associates should exercise care when using

15、 lists to make sure that all addressees are proper recipients of the information. Associates using lists are responsible for verifying that the lists are current. Associates should refrain from routinely forwarding messages containing Company confidential information to multiple parties without a cl
