2、iversityJune 2013重庆大学本科学生毕业设计（论文） 中文摘 要I摘 要随着经济全球化发展的趋势，产业集聚已逐渐成为对外直接投资区位选择的重要影响因素。统计资料显示，现阶段我国对外直接投资正处于蓬勃上升阶段，但我国对外直接投资区域分布极不平衡，因此本文提出对外直接投资区位选择研究，加强对外直接投资区位选择的合理性。本文首先阐述了有关产业集聚和对外直接投资区位选择相关理论，接着对我国对外直接投资现状进行分析，指出我国对外直接投资先存在的问题，以及面临的发展机遇和挑战，并分析了我国对外直接投资区位选择的几个重要影响因素，最后本文重点分析了产业集聚对我国企业对外直接投资区位选择的影响机
3、理，结果表明产业集聚通过降低商务成本、影响经济外部性效益，降低了进行对外直接投资企业的成本，提高了企业效率，增强了企业竞争力，认为产业集聚是我国对外直接投资区位选择的重要影响因素，在结论部分在我国企业对外直接投资区位选择方面给出了发展建议。关键词：关键词：产业集聚，对外直接投资，区位选择，影响机理重庆大学本科学生毕业设计（论文） ABSTRACTIIABSTRACTWith the trend of economic globalization, industrial agglomeration has become the important factors of FDI location

Statistical data show that foreign direct investment in China at the present stage is in the booming rise stage, but the uneven regional distribution of foreign direct investment, so in this paper, we research on foreign direct investment location choice, in order to strengthen the rationali
5、ty of outward foreign direct investment location choice.In this paper, we first describes the relevant theories of industrial agglomeration and foreign direct investment location choice, then we analyzed the current situation of Chinas foreign direct investment, pointed out that the problem of China
6、s foreign direct investment, and the opportunities and challenges we facing now about the development of Chinas foreign direct investment location choice, then analyzed some important impact factors of Chinas foreign direct investment location choice. Finally, we analyze the influence mechanism whic
7、h industry gathering impact to Chinas Foreign Direct Investment, and the results show that industrial agglomeration by reducing business costs and impact on economic externality benefits reducing the foreign direct investment enterprise costs, improving business efficiency and enhancing the competit
8、iveness of enterprises. Based on the above research, we think that the industrial agglomeration is an important factors about OFDI location choice, and in this section we provide some development proposals on Chinas foreign direct investment location choice.Key words: industrial agglomeration, outwa
