1、 渤海财产保险有限公司进口汽车贸易贷款信用保险条款渤海财产保险有限公司进口汽车贸易贷款信用保险条款Bohai Property Insurance Company Imported Motor Trade Loans Credit Insurance Clause总则总则 General Principles第 1 条 本保险合同由保险条款、投保单、保险单、保险凭证以及批单组成。凡涉及本保险合同的约定，均应采用书面形式。Article 1 This insurance contract is constituted of insurance clauses, proposal form, in
2、surance policy ,insurance certificate and endorsement. All agreement related to this insurance contract shall in written format.第二条第二条本保险合同中的部分名词具有特定含义，见本条款“释义”部分。Article 2 Part words of this insurance contract has specific meaning, please refer to ”Definition” part.第三条第三条自投保人提出保险申请、保险人同意承保，本保险合同成立。
3、自本保险合同成立、保险人收取保险费并签发保险单起本保险合同生效。Article 3 This insurance contract will be established if the the insured applies and the Insurer agree to underwrite. This insurance contract become effective since this insurance contract come into force ,the Insurer collected premium and issued insurance policy.保险对象
4、保险对象 Insurance Object第四条第四条本保险适用于承保贸易贷款合同。Article 4 This Insurance apply to trade loans contract.保险责任保险责任 Insurance Coverage第五条第五条保险责任范围对所有属于本保险合同承保范围且无争议的贷款合同项下的债款，在被保险人签订该合同之后，若借方未按照该合同的规定还款，由此给被保险人带来的债款及利息损失，保险人依照本保险合同的规定承担赔偿责任。保险人的保险责任起始于被保险人按照贸易贷款合同放款之时。本保险合同所承保的放款需满足如下条件：（一）放款须用于：按照保险单中列明的销售合同
5、的规定，就卖方交付的进口汽车，为买方支付对应价款；（二）放款需在保险单规定的放款期内发生，相应款项需在本保险合同保险期间内拨付。Article 5 Insurance CoverageFor the debts falling into the scope of this insurance contracts coverage, and the insurance contract is not contradictory. After the Insured signing this insurance contract, if the borrower fails to repay th
6、e loans according to this insurance contract, which brought debt and interests loss to the Insured, the Insurer shall indemnify the Insured as agreed in this insurance contract.The Insurers insurance coverage begins from the Insureds granting loans according to the Trade Loans Contract.Loans grantin
7、g insured by this insurance contract shall meet the following conditions:(1) Loans granting shall apply to: according to the stipulations of sales contract listed in the insurance policy, corresponding money paid for the buyers for the imported motors which the sellers delivered;(2) Loans granting s

13、 the Insureds still granting loans after the Insured declined or canceled the Credit Limit of the buyers;(4) The loss caused by the following or signing the contract in the following conditions:A. The Insured has already or should have already issued the No Repayment Notice or the Buyers negative in
