1、摘 要I摘摘 要要随着信息技术的发展，电子办公设备的更新，特别是电子计算机的推广使用，使得现代办公作业的一个主要特征就电脑及相关设备(打印机、传真机、电话机等)的广泛应用。与此同时，电脑操作者却越来越多的遭受职业病带来的伤痛困扰，因此，如何减轻他们的劳动损伤成为了本文研究的焦点，而这也是现代人机工程学研究的热点之一。由于人机工程学涉及到解剖学、生物力学、工程学、心理学和生理学等多个学科，是典型的交叉性学科。到目前为止，国内外还很少有专门的系统的关于减轻电脑操作者劳动损伤的研究及应用思想，特别是基于多因素的减轻劳动损伤的方案。而本文在现有的单因素研究的基础上进行总结概括，得出了基于主观感觉的多因
2、素的解决方案。本文以电脑操作者为研究对象，首先对电脑操作者劳动损伤的症状进行了调查研究，得到损伤较为严重的部位，进而对可能引起电脑操作者这些部位劳动损伤的间接原因和直接原因进行了分析，确定了多个关键因素即:姿势以及环境。根据态度量表的编制法则，以及快速上肢评估系统编制了对上述因素进行调查的问卷，并对问卷的信度和效度进行了分析认证。进而能够通过问卷来对电脑操作者每天操作电脑的一般姿势、每天所处的工作环境、以及其当前的伤痛进行分析研究。在此基础上，利用统计学的相关理论方法得到伤痛与因素之间的数学模型，从而能够对伤痛进行反馈调节，有针对的提出减轻劳动损伤的措施，最后减轻操作者的劳动损伤。本文探讨的引

6、which researched this problem based on single factor, the methods are summarized. Then the method of how to reduce the labor injuries based on the multiple factors will be obtained. This paper has taken a computer operator as research object. First of all, analyses the factors which may cause the co
7、mputer operators labor injuries, then determines the key factors: posture and environment.Make the questionnaire based on the rule of how to make the attitude scale questionnaire and RULA. Then analyse the reliability and validity of the questionnaire. Investigate the posture, the environment .On th
8、is basis, we can get a mathematical model between the factors and the hurt with the use of the statistical methods. Then we can obtain some measures purposefully to adjust the hurt .Then the computer operators labor injuries will be reduced.The study on the factors which may cause the labor injuries
