1、三相电压型 SVPW M 整流器控制策略研究摘要常 规 整 流 环 节 广 泛 采 用 的 二 极 管 整 流 电 路 和 晶 闸 管 相 控 整 流 电 路 对 电 网 注 入 了 大 量 谐 波 ， 给 电 网 造 成 污 染 。 三 相 电 压 型 P W M 整 流 器 具 有 输 出 电 压 恒 定 、 高 功 率 因 数 、 低 谐 波 污 染 、 能 量 双 向 流 动 等 优 点 ， 在 电 力 系 统 有 源 滤 波 、 无 功 补 偿 以 及 交 直 流 传 动 系 统 等 领 域 ， 具 有 越 来 越 广 阔 的 应 用 前 景 。本 文 详 细 阐 述 了 P W M
2、 整 流 器 的 工 作 原 理 ， 建 立 了 基 于 三 相 静 止 坐 标 系 以 及 两 相 坐 标 系 的 低 频 和 高 频 数 学 模 型 ， 并 选 择 了 三 相 电 压 型 PW M 整 流 器 作 为 本 文 主 要 研 究 对 象 。 电 压 空 间 矢 量 调 制 ( S V P W M ) 控 制 方 法 能 够 获 得 更 高 的 电 压 利 用 率 ， 同 时 可 使 可 有 效 减 小 电 流 谐 波 。 文 中 对 三 相 电 压 空 间 矢 量 的 原 理 和 如 何 实 现 作 了 详 细 的 分 析 ， 选 择 了 谐 波 含 量 相 对 小 的 矢
3、量 排 序 策 略 。在 电 流 控 制 方 案 上 ， 提 出 了 d q 坐 标 系 下 的 固 定 开 关 频 率 的 直 接 电 流 控 制 策 略 ， 同 时 在 控 制 中 实 现 电 流 的 解 耦 控 制 ， 以 及 输 入 电 网 电 压 的 前 馈 ， 使 得 系 统 具 有 更 好 的 动 态 性 能 和 稳 定 性 ， 并 通 过 进 行 闭 环 系 统 的 仿 真 验 证 了 方 案 的 可 行 性 。在 进 行 三 相 电 压 型 P W M 整 流 器 系 统 的 仿 真 研 究 中 ， 建 立 主 电 路 、 空 间 电 压 矢 量 PW M 控 制 模 块 及
