1、上海交通大学硕士学位论文面向制造企业的逆向物流信息集成与管理研究姓名：王翔鸿申请学位级别：硕士专业：企业管理指导教师：季建华20040101面向制造企业的逆向物流信息集成与管理研究 摘 要 随着市场竞争的加剧和社会环保意识的增强 逆向物流越来越受到企业政府和社会民众的关注一个高效的逆向物流运作系统需要应用信息技术进行信息资源的集成管理 需要设计合理的逆向物流管理信息系统为之服务 然而 目前的逆向物流管理还没有突出其中的关键因素逆向流程对逆向信息管理的依赖性为此本文立足于制造企业的逆向物流系统 从信息资源管理的角度研究了面向制造企业的逆向物流信息集成与管理 本文首先阐述了逆向物流的基本概念以及逆
2、向物流管理的系统构成和活动在此基础上分析了逆向物流信息集成的目标和必要性并讨论了逆向物流信息集成存在的挑战和具体内容 其次在分析逆向物流系统的业务流程的基础上本文研究了逆向物流信息集成的功能模型提出了逆向物流管理信息系统的信息流设计模型从信息的功能集成资源集成到信息的系统集成为逆向物流的管理者提供实施信息集成的战略和战术指导同时本文强调了逆向物流和正向物流信息管理系统的整合 提出了将逆向物流的信息管理整合到企业的物流管理中的信息功能模型接着针对典型的汽车行业就生命终期汽车E L V 逆向物流的信息管理作了具体的应用分析 再次本文针对企业信息系统常常遭遇管理挑战的事实提出了逆向物流信息集成与企业
3、管理的同步体系强调企业的物流观念供应链的合作协调 质量管理和成本控制以及信息集成的组织人员保证对实施逆向物流信息管理的重要意义同时作者在问卷调查的基础上得出了影响企业实施逆向物流信息集成的六类关键因素 为企业管理者和决策者提供一定的参考 最后本文的结尾就我国的逆向物流和信息管理提出作者的一些看法我国逆向物流的发展还处于探索起步阶段我国的逆向物流的信息管理以及与正向物流信息管理的整合还需要不断借鉴国外先进的理论和实践经验结合我国逆向物流发展的现状循序渐进逐渐发展 关键词 逆向物流信息集成管理同步E L V 逆向物流 RESEARCH ON REVERSE LOGISTICS INFORMATIO
4、N INTEGRATION AND MANAGEMENT FOR MANUGACTURING ENTERPRISES ABSTRACT Reverse logistics is receiving much more attention from companies, governments and common people due to increasing ferries competition and growing environmental concern. An efficient reverse logistics implementation requires effecti
5、ve information resources management with advanced IT and appropriate design of management information system for reverse logistics. However, the current reverse logistics management doesnt lay enough emphasis on the key factor, i.e. the dependence of reverse logistics on reverse information manageme
6、nt. For this purpose, this paper, on the basis of manufacturing enterprises, investigates the reverse logistics information integration and management in the information resources management angle. Firstly, we introduce the conception of reverse logistics and discuss the key players and activities o
7、f the system, and then we analyze the objectives and necessity of reverse logistics information integration. Based on the above study, we discuss the challenges and contents of reverse logistics information integration. In the next place, grounding on the analysis of business process, we put forward
8、 the function model for reverse logistics information integration and information flow design model for reverse logistics management information system, therefore we expect to provide managers with direction to information integration in strategic and tactic level. Meanwhile, we focus on the corpora
9、tion reverse logistics information system with that of forward logistics and develop a model of function integration for the whole logistic system. Then, we apply the above research to the automotive industry and study the end-of-life vehicles reverse logistics information management. In addition, w
10、e have take note of the fact that information system encounters the managerial challenge. Therefore, we insist that the logistics notion, partnership across supply chain, quality management, cost control and organization grantee play the specially important role in the implementation. For further st
11、udy, we performed a survey on key factors affecting the reverse logistics information integration and found the six key factors that impact the performance. At the end of this paper, we summarize the whole research, and then we present some implications of our research on the development of Chinas r
12、everse logistics and logistics informatization, especially the reverse logistics information management. 15、类电子行业一年的退货额超过 1 5 0 亿美元 在美国退货从 1 9 9 2 年的 4 0 0 亿美元上升到目前每年的 6 5 0 亿美元 以上数字的数目之大足以说明逆向物流管理的巨大空间社会经济的繁荣发展使得社会物流总量大大的增加而物流总量的增加也意味着逆向返回品数量的增加因而逆向物流的市场价值将越来越大这一方面给企业带来了冲击和挑战另一方面又给企业提供了广阔的市场机遇对于大多数企业来讲他们正面临着越来越多的逆流物品相对自由宽松的退货政策产生了较高的退货率表 1 - 1列出了不同行业的产品退货率 2 有些行业的退货率高达 3 0 % 以上近几年兴起的电子商务B 2 C 行业他们的退货率甚至超
