1、摘 要 随着国民经济的快速发展和通信技术的提升，电气系统的综合布线技术也得到了很大的发展，人们对建筑物的舒适性，安全性和经济型提出了更高的要求。 智能型住宅成为当今住宅发展的趋势，计算机控制系统已经深入到住宅管理的方方面面，在为人们生活提供便利的同时也促进了小区智能化的发展。 本次设计主要是对盘锦公务员小区 1 楼进行强弱电系统设计，阐述了本住宅楼电气系统的设计依据，原理以及电气设备选择的依据，设计的目的主要旨在运用大学期间所学的建筑供配电、有线电视、综合布线技术等相关知识，结合理论与实际，掌握建筑电气系统设计的一般步骤与设计方法，同时对遇到的问题进行分析和解决，锻炼自己动手解决问题的能力，为
2、以后步入社会打下坚实的基础。本设计图纸部分主要采用 CAD 软件绘制，文字部分用微软办公软件完成，共完成图纸 23 张，主要可以分为强电和弱电系统两大板块，强电部分包括照明系统设计、插座系统设计、低压配电系统设计、防雷接地系统设计；弱电部分主要包括：消防系统设计、有线电视系统设计、电话系统设计、网络系统设计，其中包括设计说明 2 张，强电平面图和系统图 12 张，弱电平面图和系统图 5 张，消防平面图和系统图 4 张。关键词：低压配电； 照明； 防雷； 弱电 AbstractWith the rapid development of national economy and communica

It includes building supply and distribution, cable television,structured cabling technology and other related knowledge, combined with t
