3、，关系到国计民生和对外贸易，汽车工业中的汽车涂装废水涉及到的表面处理、磷化处理、电泳涂装、喷漆等工艺其生产过程中产生大量的工业废水中含有各类污染物，包括酸、碱、矿物油、防腐剂、涂料、漆料和各种的重金属。这种工业废水的污染程度和毒性危害是不容忽视的。为了防治对环境的污染，对汽车涂装废水进行了处理设计。该设计将脱脂磷化废水经过破乳后去除一部分 COD 和油，再通过化学沉淀法使废水中的磷成为不溶性的固体物沉淀下来，电泳喷漆废水采用混凝沉淀法对悬浮物和一些胶体物进行预处理，然后将污水进行混合调节，经过气浮池，然后进入 CASS 反应池，除去大部分的有机物，经过活性炭过滤达标排放。在其中的污泥经过脱泥间
