2、行的各种弯曲转折形式，采用朴素的朝南平行布置方式，具有显著的节约用地、保证住户日照通风均好性的优点。适应鄂尔多斯地区的气候条件。（日照分析按照大寒日真太阳时8:0016:00，最小间隔时间为15分钟）2、合理的公建配套；沿基地通格郎街、富源路、布尔台格街布置商业和幼儿园。可提高商业繁荣，聚集住区人气，并减少道路对居民的不利影响。幼儿园设于基地西南角，此处在规划中属于比较不好利用的方位，充分节约用地。景观设计：本方案从功能角度出发，为区内居住人群提供舒适的人居场所。其设有娱乐广场、休闲游览区、运动健身区等，使居民在区内将各种生活需求消化其中。从空间角度，一条主轴贯穿中央，连接主入口和中心景观，其
3、余景观节点与次轴串联，形成整体统一的景观环境。B4地块规划设计说明: Planning Design Descriptions“Habitancy” is the basic living need of people; we seek for most direct care and most natural expression towards people, and bring harmonious relation between families and neighbor, friendship and passion of community life. (The sunlight analysis follows the apparent solar time (8:00-16:00) of Great Cold day. The minimum time interval is 15 minutes).2. Reason
6、able public facilities: Arrange commercial and nursery along with Gelang Street, Fuyuan Road and Buertaige Street, which could improve the commercial prosperity and gather popularity, and reduce the negative effect to the residents. The nursery is located in the southwest corner, where is not easily
7、 to be used in the planning and the land could be fully saved.Landscape design From the aspect of function, this scheme provides the comfortable living places for the residents in the community. It has recreation plaza, relaxation visit zone, and exercising zone etc, which contains all the living ne
