15、汐谬年6 月凇日两南人学硕十学何论文第1 章文献综述第1 章文献综述青蒿( 彳，幼咒厶缸口，l 删口L ) 是菊科( C o m p o s i t a e ) 蒿属( 彳，f 绷厶肠) 一年生草本植物。高4 0 1 5 0 c m ，茎直立，圆柱形，多分枝，直径达6 咖。叶互生，通常为三同羽状深裂或全裂，长4 7 c m ，宽1 5 3 c m 。多数为头状花序，球形，直径1 5 姗，排列成具有叶片的复总状。花皆为管状花，外层为雌花，内约2 0 朵两性花。果为瘦果，卵形，微小，淡褐色。为世界性广布种，生长于荒地、路边、庭院【1 1 。青蒿入药在我国有两千多年的历史，始载于公元前1 6 8 年
16、左右的马王堆三号汉墓出土的帛书五十二病方【2 】，其后肘后备急方、神农本草经、大观本草、本草纲目等均有收录【3 棚。明代以前的本草文献中，将青蒿( 彳r 幼摊厶缸n ，l ，l H 口L ) 和黄花蒿( 彳m 期括缸口_ ，l 删口L ) 两种植物统称为草蒿或青蒿。明代李时珍将青蒿和黄花蒿分别列为两种药物【7 1 。1 9 6 7 年5 月我国成立了全国疟疾防治研究协作组，科技人员查阅了大量古代医书，并进行了民间调查。根据我国历代本草及医书关于青蒿( 黄花蒿彳r 把脚括缸口厅n H 口L ) 治疟的记载，1 9 7 1 年在中药青蒿中找到对鼠疟、猴疟以及临床均有显著疗效的抗疟有效部分。青蒿是我国传统的中药，民间用作消暑、退热、治感冒等，其提取物之一青蒿素是一种倍半萜内脂类化合物，在救治凶险的脑型疟疾方面具有高效、速效、低毒、使用安全等特点，是目前国内
