1、星星幼儿园师德师风建设调查问卷总结星星幼儿园师德师风建设调查问卷总结 2013.1 为认真抓好幼儿园师德师风建设,进一步加强加强管理,共建和谐校园,促进幼儿园教育教学工作的不断深入和可持续发展,办幼儿开心、家长放心、社会满意的幼儿园。2011 年 6 月,我园向幼儿家长发放了星星幼儿园家长问卷调查,征求他们对教师师德师风建设工作的意见和建议。为确保取得实效,我们着重抓了以下环节:一、精心设计问题,涉及师德师风内容的共有 8 个,利用选择满意、基本满意、不满意及建议的形式请家长答题。二、在全园幼儿中发放 100 份问卷。三、为确保每一位家长能够毫无顾虑地填写自己的意见,我们的问卷调查直接投入大厅

2、的反馈箱中。四、本次的家长问卷调查覆盖面广,调查结果具有较强的全面性、真实性和权威性,是对我校师德师风建设工作的综合评价,能充分反映出真实状况。本次发放的调查问卷 100 份,收回 86 份,回收率为 86%。我们指定专人进行了统计分析,现就收到的问卷情况分析如下:1教师责任意识强,敬业程度高,精神面貌好。家长的满意率为 97%,基本满意率为 3%,无不满意。可以看出家长对幼儿园教师的事业心、责任心还是满意的。绝大多数家长对教师的评价是好的,也说明教师在家长的心目中是可信赖的。让孩子进好的学校,接受优良的教育是家长的愿望,也是对我们提出的更高要求。2尊重家长,不向家长谋私利,具有职业道德。家长

3、的满意率为 98%,基本满意率为 2%,无不满意。可以看出,家长对教师是职业道德还是给予肯定的,但是更要求我们教师要廉洁从教。3对幼儿一视同仁,师生情感融洽,孩子喜欢班上的老师,愿意上幼儿园。家长的满意率为 95%,基本满意率为 5%,1 人不满意。从调查数据来看,大部分幼儿对教师是喜欢的,但也有家长提出教师的教育方法要适应每一位学生,让孩子更喜欢老师,更喜欢上幼儿园。今后教师应继续做好本职工作,把爱心撒到每一个孩子的心中,做学生爱戴、让人民满意的教师。4尊重、热爱孩子,无体罚和变相体罚。家长的满意率为 99%,基本满意率为 1%,无不满意。这说明还有极少数老师教育方法有欠缺,这需要进一步加强

4、师德教育,做关爱学生的好教师。5经常能得到老师的表扬和鼓励,孩子的成长与进步明显。家长的满意率为 90%,基本满意率为 10%,无不满意。孩子希望得到老师的认可,家长希望看到孩子的进步,比如在集体活动中,能面向全体孩子,让每个孩子都有机会表现的机会,而不是局限于几个比较活跃的孩子,对特殊孩子有耐心。6教育环境整洁、卫生、优美,能体现儿童化、教育化。家长的满意率为 92%,基本满意率为 8%,无不满意。在班级的环境创设中教师花了很多心思,取得了一些不错的成绩,但是家长的参与率不高,有的家长希望能看到更多自己孩子的东西,而不是教师呈现出来的经过加工的东西。7重视保教结合,卫生保健工作到位,对幼儿身

5、体、在园生活照顾好。家长的满意率为 93%,基本满意率为 7%,无不满意。家长对幼儿在园的生活大多给予了肯定,但也可看出家长对于一些细节方面有些许意见,这就要求我们老师做得更细更到位。8重视与家长联系,及时沟通家园情况。家长的满意率为 90%,基本满意率为 10%,1 人不满意。加强老师与家长的沟通与交流,其目的是共同配合教育好学生,根据调查问卷的反馈,老师们采用了多种形式家访活动,今后还要多与家长面谈,细节决定成败,礼貌待人是我们的美德。这样能使家长进一步了解自己的孩子在学校各方面的表现,达到更好的教育效果。总体来说,这次全园性的问卷调查,帮我们摸清了“家底”,让我们很客观地“看”到了自己工

6、作上的成绩和差距,同时为今后的工作指明了努力的方向。和谐校园建设、师德师风建设都要求教师要关心、爱护每一个孩子,没有爱就没有教育,对待幼儿要象对待自己孩子一般还需我们努力,“一切为了孩子”是我们的追求。只要我们关爱每一名幼儿,以真情、真心、真诚对待孩子,以人为本,兢兢业业,办社会满意的学校,做孩子喜爱的老师,“满意”就会永远在我们身边。English is the most widely spoken language in the history of our planet, used in some way by at least one out of every seven human

13、; a woodchuck is a groundhog, which is not a hog; a horned toad is a lizard; glowworms are fireflies, but fireflies are not flies (theyre beetles); ladybugs and lightning bugs are also beetles (and to, a significant proportion of ladybugs must be male); a guinea pig is neither a pig nor from Guinea
