1、城市文化遗产保护性开发研究 城市文化遗产保护性开发研究 【摘要】 城市文化遗产的保护和开发是文化遗产保护和开发的重要内容,城市文化遗产 在城市之中,遗产和城市之间必然会产生紧密地相互影响,有很多城市遗产本身就地处于城市 的经济或政治繁荣区,所以城市文化遗产更易遭到破坏,对城市文化遗产的相关研究,具有紧 迫性和现实性。本文在市场经济和城市现代化的新环境下,研究文化遗产的保护与开发,在分 析国内外保护与开发研究的同时,发现目前遗产保护与开发的主要问题。利用发现-思考-解 决的总体思路来组织文章结构,使研究问题的提出与解决更有针对性。充分吸收相邻学科的 研究成果和思路,利用保护性开发理论来分析城市文
2、化遗产开发策略,使城市文化遗产开发和 保护经营的实施更具有可操作性和时代性。利用适用度评价的方法,分析文化遗产保护性开 发是否成功,使分析评价的指标量化,评价更加科学化和实用化。在实例研究的基础上进行分 析和论证,并将结论应用于案例进行实践检验。本文从城市文化遗产的现状和问题入手,分析 了城市文化遗产的概念内涵、标准、分类、属性、价值体系和保护层次等内容,通过对城市 文化遗产几个相关问题的分析,结合相关理论的研究,在国内外城市文化遗产保护与开发的现 状和经验基础上,提出了城市文化遗产保护性开发的理论,对文化遗产保护性开发的含义、目 的、思路、原则、原真性、影响因素和适用度进行了分析论述,通过对
3、西安大唐西市项目保 护性开发的实例的研究,论证本研究结论。通过本文研究得出,保护性开发是城市文化遗产保 护与利用的重要手段。通过保护性开发,可以较好地处理保护与开发、城市建设与遗产保护、 文化遗产与城市文化特色延续等一系列问题,是实现城市和谐共生的一条可持续发展的和合 之道。【Abstract】 Urban cultural heritage conservation and cultural heritage protection and development is an important aspect of the development of urban cultural herit
