3、,为了寻求发展,增加利润率,提升企业竞争力,越来越关注其库存管理.存货管理促进了超市管理,最佳的存货水平可以降低企业存货资金的占用,加速存货资金的周转,增强盘点的管理水平,促进企业的降低成本提高企业经济效益.而在商业发展迅猛的今天，目前许多企业单纯追求高额利润，却往往忽视库存管理，造成库存大量积压的情况，随着超市之间的竞争越来越激烈，超市在库存管理方面也凸显出不小的问题，致使超市的盈利能力大大减弱。针对这一现状，为提高超市竞争力，必须对库存管理加以足够重视。本文首先从库存管理及超市库存管理的概念及相关方面介绍了库存管理的重要意义，针对超市存在的订货不健全、信息传递不透明、库存管理系统不健全、库
