1、城市雨水资源的收集与利用研究 城市雨水资源的收集与利用研究 Research on the Collection and Use of Urban Rainwater Resources 【摘要】 水是人类生存和发展不可替代的资源,是社会、经济可持续发展的重要物质基 础,也是生态环境的控制性要素。但是,随着城市化和工业化进程的快速发展,城市人口增加、 城市规模扩大、城市用水量迅速增长、地下水位下降、水量平衡失调、水环境恶化,产生了 一系列的水问题,城市水利问题也越来越受到广泛关注。一方面,由于人口和经济活动的集中,城 市建筑面积不断扩大,不透水地面增加,城市暴雨径流产生的洪涝灾害不可忽视;另一
2、方面,城 市淡水资源匮乏,迫切需要寻找新的供水水源。雨水资源作为轻度污染的水源,经过简单处理 就可用于生活用水和工业用水。因而,增加城市雨水资源的利用量,提高城市雨水资源的利用 率将是节水型城市建设的有效措施。本论文在调查国内外城市雨水利用发展现状及应用的 基础上,分析了城市化进程中引发的雨水问题、城市雨水收集与利用的必要性和可行性,探讨 了城市雨水资源收集的方式和利用的途径。通过查阅大量中外文献,就城市雨水资源收集与 利用等方面作了系统研究。主要研究成果如下:(1)通过对本课题研究背景的分析,总结出城 市雨水资源收集与利用课题研究的重要意义。(2)深入分析了城市化带来的城市水资源紧张 和短缺
3、、城市水资源污染严重、城市洪涝旱灾加剧、城市地下水位下降等一系列城市雨水 问题,并在全面了解国内外有关城市雨水收集与利用研究及应用的基础上,提出了进行城市雨 水收集与利用的必要性及可行性。(3)城市雨水的收集方式有建造城市雨水贮留设施、雨水 就地下渗几种,并对这几种方式进行了对比分析。(4)城市雨水可用作生活杂用水、工业用水,绿 地灌溉,补充河湖用水以及雨水回灌等途径。(5)结合城市雨水收集及利用方式,提出了即时 水库防洪体系和城市绿地隐形蓄水系统的概念,并着重对其进行了详细介绍,分析了其带来的 生态功能。(6)利用城市绿地隐形蓄水系统的工程实例,验证了其在城市雨水收集及利用方面 的实效。【A
